About
Paskwâw Strategies is a 100% First Nations owned strategy and advisory firm that helps Indigenous Nations lead with strength—from policy to infrastructure.

We provide high-impact advisory, governance and project services rooted in self-determination, cultural respect and results. We work directly with Chiefs, Councils, Industry and Indigenous organizations across Canada to support their goals in government relations, capacity building, infrastructure goals, policy development, project management and leadership training. Whether it’s navigating political systems or managing project developments, we stand beside Nations as trusted partners—not just outside consultants.

Our approach is grounded in lived experience. Our founder is a nationally recognized force with deep experience working within Parliament and Indigenous governance. Our philosophy is to bridge strategy with execution—and culture with systems—to support communities in achieving sovereignty on their own terms. We are not a “consulting firm.” We are builders—of systems, policies, projects and power.
our mission
Our mission is to co-create integrative strategies that harmonize diverse viewpoints, prioritizing cultural values and mutually beneficial socio-economic relationships, to pave ways for a brighter, more inclusive future for all our relations.
