Keith is a dynamic relationship builder practiced in stakeholder management, government
relations, and strategic communications for clients across a variety of industries and
cultural backgrounds. With extensive public and private sector networks, Keith has
practical experience creating plans to engage communities, propose policy solutions, and
connect decisionmakers to influence change.
Coming from a firm specialized in Indigenous and non-profit clients, Keith has strong
expertise in leading advocacy campaigns and securing funding for large projects. His priorwork with a federal political party equips him with the particular ability to advise on high-stakes issues management and risk mitigation in environments subject to intense publicscrutiny.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Keith took a leave from his regular work to assist in an
understaffed long-term care home.
Keith is based in Toronto, but loves to visit his hometown Pembroke, Ontario as often as
he can to enjoy the great outdoors.

After graduating with honours from Memorial University's Bachelor of Commerce, Tammy embarked on a journey that would see her donning many hats in the realms of corporate, private, and non-profit organizations. As a Certified Associate, she traversed diverse industries, always guided by her values and a commitment to upholding good relationships.
Tammy found herself at the nexus of entrepreneurship, business development, advocacy and allyship for Indigenous Peoples through purposeful community engagement and Nation rebuilding. Inspired by her experiences and driven by a desire to bridge worldviews, she supported the co-founding of Paskwâw Harbour Strategies. Tammy actively promotes the advancement of Indigenous and female voices within the business community.
Beyond her professional career, Tammy's commitment to community engagement knows no bounds. As the 2024 Newfoundland Rose of Tralee, and 2019 Miss Newfoundland and Labrador, she traveled the province, country, and overseas, lending her support to countless local businesses, community-led organizations, while also granting opportunities to amplify her voice.

Dan was born and raised in Western Canada. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta in political science and then studied at the Center for African Studies at Dalhousie University. Dan started his career on Parliament Hill in 1988 as a policy advisor to the Liberal caucus. Following several years working in the opposition Dan went on to serve as Chief of Staff to two cabinet Ministers (science, economic diversification and Finance portfolios).
Dan then joined the public service as a Director in the Federal Government (National Research Council) where he focused on supporting research, innovation and economic growth by securing government policy approval and over $500 million in funding for strategic initiatives between the Federal Government, provinces, universities and the private sector. For this work Dan was twice awarded the NRC’s national achievement award for his work on technology clusters and nanotechnology.
Dan continued his career in government relations as a senior executive in the health, research and agriculture sectors as well as leading the National Office (Ottawa) of the Canadian Cancer society. This work resulted in significant changes in public policy and government programs at both the federal and provincial levels including new tax support for caregivers, regulatory changes to protect consumers, and innovative programs on community engagement and sustainable economic development.
Today, Dan works with political leadership and staff across political parties to achieve results for clients by helping shape political positions and platforms and how they are translated into Government budgets, programs, regulations, and intergovernmental agreements. Dan’s intimate understanding of how Government priorities are set, and decisions made and his strong network of political “insiders” and senior Government officials allows him to successfully advocate for clients across sectors and Governments as well as help mentor the next generation of political advocates.Dan lives in Ottawa with his amazing daughter Savannah and enjoys being outdoors, kayaking, cross-country skiing and volunteering in his community.

Her varied expertise is exemplified by her seven years of past experience as a public servant and researcher. In the federal government, Monique worked as a policy analyst on environmental and energy issues and a data analyst on labour issues. At the University of British Columbia, her extensive work as a research assistant explored improving measures of the economy and understanding how technology impacts growth and employment, while her role as a course creator focused on teaching digital business.
Monique has earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, a MicroMasters credential in Data, Economics, and Development Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Master of Public Policy and Administration degree from Carleton University. Beyond formal education, she remains devoted to lifelong learning.

Bryce Laewetz is a seasoned infrastructure and project management professional with over 15 years of experience in construction, operations and safety leadership—over a decade of which was spent working in Saskatchewan’s northern uranium mines. His entire career has been dedicated to working alongside an Indigenous-owned construction firm, supporting results-driven infrastructure from the ground up.
At Paskwâw Strategies, Bryce leads the Infrastructure & Project Services division, helping communities plan, manage and deliver capital projects with a focus on safety, efficiency and long-term sustainability. His expertise includes site mobilization, equipment oversight, risk assessment and safety auditing, all grounded in a deep respect for community priorities.
In addition to his professional work, Bryce serves as an elected City Councillor in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. His role in municipal governance gives him firsthand insight into infrastructure planning, public budgeting, and the importance of transparent, accountable leadership.
